Yes. You can send us any song for processing, including copyright songs as long as you have legal permission from the copyright holder to do so. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to not breach copyright and authorship laws surrounding intellectual property. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
We offer a very open no-hassle, 100% money-back guarantee on every song order within 30-days of initial purchase. If the song you are refunding was purchased in a bundle package, then we will refund you for the dollar value of that individual song for that package. To claim your refund, simply use the contact form and choose Refund Request from the dropdown menu. Refunds take about 5 to 10 business days to process.
While at the moment we do not have a specific mechanism in place to officially let new users try our service for free, we do allow refunds. So, if you want to try us for free, simply take advantage of our no-hassle refund policy (please, only one song per customer).
Unfortunately, our algorithm is proprietary and we cannot share it. It would be like asking Coke what their secret recipe is.
We will take literally any audio file that you have, but we love uncompressed lossless audio files as they tend to yield the best results. We also accept lossy .mp3 files, which are generally okay as long as they have a high bit-rate. These are the file types that we currently support: WAV, MP3, M4A, AAC, OGG, FLAC
File uploads cannot exceed 50MB per file. If you have a file that exceeds this limit, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate.

For each song that you send in for processing, our ai vocal remover will produce two separate files: a karaoke WAV and an acapella WAV.
